Pros

Good benefits and base pay. Remote work

Cons

This a private equity company that bought multiple software companies in the legal space. The market is very saturated and they cannot complete with the competition. The SDR team comes in at less than 50% at appointment setting. They have been trying to sell the company since January (see the press releases). Management panics and starts implementing crazy quota requirements (50% jump in one month) with no statistics to back it up. They do this to either get rid of people or to inflate their numbers. People lie about their logos to make quotas and then there is a big discrepancy later but there are no consequences for doing that.

Pros

As noted is some of the earlier posts there have been a lot of changes since my division was acquired by ProfitSolv. But I feel infinitely better about our strategy and focus areas over the last few months. The product is very solid, the people I work with are fantastic human beings who care about our customers. And I think the investments and new strategy are starting pay off. There is a new senior leader who is providing much better communication and strategy than before.

Cons

Still unsure where my division fits into the long term company strategy as a lot of resources are focused on other business units.

Pros

I’ve been at ProfitSolv through some of the tougher phases and what stands out to me most is how different the company feels today compared to a year ago. Over the past year, I’ve seen a real effort to fix that. Leadership feels more present. There’s more communication and it feels like they’re actually trying to bring people along instead of just making changes and expecting everyone to keep up. The culture feels different. There is more recognition, more chances to connect, and it feels less like you’re just doing a job and more like you’re part of something that’s trying to improve. It doesn’t feel fake to me. It feels like people are trying, Leadership is communicating more and feels more visible Culture is improving and people are being recognized more There’s opportunity to grow if you want it You can see the company trying to get better

Cons

Not every team feels the changes the same way Things can still feel unclear or change quickly Some processes are still a work in progress Workload can get heavy at times
