They are working on the latest technologies and latest frameworks. It's been five years I've been working with this company. Work-life balance is too good. A healthy work environment. Always have something new to learn. It's been a pleasure to work with an experienced team they got!

What I don't like is they work on alternate Saturdays, but the good part is we do some extracurricular activities like watching movies, going for an outing, etc. And the other thing is they only work on PHP language and I believe if they start working on other languages as well that would be good!

One of the best aspects of working here is the people. The work environment is friendly, respectful, and collaborative, making it easy to connect with colleagues and seek guidance when needed. Employees are trusted with responsibilities and are encouraged to take ownership of their work. The leadership team is approachable and genuinely interested in employee feedback. There are plenty of opportunities to learn new technologies and gain exposure to different aspects of projects. The company also recognizes hard work and provides a stable environment where employees can grow professionally while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

There can be occasional challenges related to project planning and prioritization, especially during busy periods. More structured communication and clearer timelines could help teams coordinate more effectively. However, these situations are generally handled well, and efforts are made to address concerns when they arise.
