Pros
The work that this theatre produces is very good. Every show is done with the highest quality in mind and with the desire to deliver something powerful and engaging to an audience. The level of acting, direction, and design quality is very high.
Cons
They have very little money and therefore can't pay their great artists what they deserve. This is a constant struggle. Also they do not have enough money to keep up with industry standard equipment for lighting, sound, carpentry, etc. So this can sometimes jeopardize the productions. Also the organization of this company is very lacking, everything is done last minute and with sketchy communication.
