Working alongside some fantastically knowledgable people. James Spice and Liza Morgan in particular really know creative better than anyone I’ve met within almost a decade in recruitment. The MD Jen is very approachable and always makes herself available to listen to staff and even hosts feedback sessions with employees to try and improve working life at Profiles Creative. The M.D. (Jen) also helped me to retrain and acquire digital marketing skills which will prove invaluable in my future career. The office dogs (Harvey and Pudding) add a wonderful playful vibe to the office and really gives the business a creative agency feel which the staff seem to appreciate. Based in the heart of Farringdon, transport links are excellent and employees are spoilt for choice when it comes to lunch options or venues for socialising together after work. Work/Life balance is excellent.
Cons
The company benefits package isn’t the best, particularly if you’re newer to the business.
