      Definitely has that small company vibe of we're a family, and the postitives and negatives that come along with that. Opportunities to work collaboratively across all teams.

      Cons

      The leaders have been there for 20 years and have a my way or the high way attitude. Being seen in the office/staying late is seen as working harder than getting your work done in a timely manner.

      -Small company so got to take on a lot of varied tasks, learned a lot about editorial -free books -Friendly staff

      -A lot of tea making was involved -A lot of sending out post

      Pros

      Learned a lot across all departments, got involved in lots of things. Breakfast and lunch provided. Lots of social events.

      Cons

      Work at front desk was sometimes slow and it took a few tries to get staff to give me tasks (manuscripts to read, etc.).
