      Pros

      Colleagues are great. Open communication within teams and everyone there is friendly

      Cons

      Management is horrible. Promised promotions but ended up stuck in junior level. Really hard to meet kpi and get bonuses. Better to expect no bonus at all.

      Pros

      CEO Brad Taylor was one of the best CEO’s I have ever worked for. Really cares for his people and Proficio core services are fantastic.

      Cons

      Very large deal size so sometimes hard to thread the needle through the finish line.
