      Pros

      Great team to work with, excellent support by direct manager, decent salary, very collaborative.

      Cons

      No 401K match, poor executive leadership with unrealistic expectations that "ruled" with fear, no career path except maybe certifications, a lot of infighting between organizations and a start up mentality after 14+ years... red flag.

      Pros

      CEO Brad Taylor was one of the best CEO’s I have ever worked for. Really cares for his people and Proficio core services are fantastic.

      Cons

      Very large deal size so sometimes hard to thread the needle through the finish line.
