Pros

Office Staff Owners travel to India a few times out of the year

Cons

Where do I begin? Let's start with with the management, or lack thereof. I've never seen a company so mismanaged! The owner takes complete advantage of his employees, paying them peanuts and works them to the bone day in and day out. No PTO, no benefits. Cameras in the offices to watch your every move. This place is a nightmare, the employee turnover rate is proof. No training, and then you get blamed for every little mistake. How anyone can stand to work here more than a few months is beyond me!

First, I would like to apologize for my tardy reply. I want to thank you for taking time to give us your feedback. We are committed to creating a comfortable, transparent, and collaborative environment for all our team members, so I am disappointed to hear about some of your experiences. We value and consider all feedback and continue to find ways to improve but I wanted to address couple of your specific benefit related concerns here. First, as Professional Therapy Solutions matures we continuously looks for ways to enhance employee benefits. We have a great comprehensive Health, Dental, Vision, and Life benefit available to all our team members and their family. Depending on the package you select Professional Therapy Solutions offers PTO, Cell Phone, tablets (4G LTE enabled) for all the field employees, License renewal and much more. If you would like to address this concern further please email me at dshah@protherapysolution.com. Once again thank you for your feedback.

Pros

PTS is a family-oriented and friendly company to work for! As a field clinician, I appreciated the communication with the office and their efforts to make our days as smooth as possible- very accommodating. A great place to have independence with your schedule and clinical skills. The only reason I left was to experience a different setting and take a break from homecare.

Cons

Fluctuating caseload/territory based on census, however they tried their best to keep us full

Pros

Located in Troy by a lot of businesses. Connected to some of the bigger home health care agencies in the state. Employs a lot of people newer to the home care industry to give them a chance in the field. Nothing else really comes to mind as positive

Cons

This is definitely one of the most disorganized and unprofessional places to work for. They talk about a lot of opportunities to grow and advance in the office, but those are all a lie. They keep their power and make you feel bad about things that are their own failures and not your responsibility. The owners are never there when you need them and have cameras in all of the offices to track you. No paid time off and holidays off are unpaid, which is extremely cheap of them. Disorganized to the point of you having to try to figure things out on your own when you are new and weren't given the documents or information you need to succeed. It's a negative work environment where employees constantly gossip and talk about how miserable they are there.

Extremely sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience while working at the head PTS office. Having worked with PTS for as many months as you did I would have hoped that your experience would have cultivated ‘some’ positive takeaways. As one of the ‘leaders in our business sector’ we must be doing some things right! However, I am always open to suggestions and feedback on these types of concerns. I would appreciate an opportunity to hear more about your concerns so I invite you to call me to share more detail with examples so that I may better understand your experience. I look forward to hearing from you. Respectfully, Stephen Krause Business Development PTS
