Cons
Benefit package: The health Insurance premiums is extremely expense (even though we work in Healthcare Industry) 9 days total in PTO and that includes employees whom started last week and employees whom been there for 10 plus years! Promotions only take place mostly in 1 department and senority means nothing here-the Directors make it known too. Let's talk about the good ole' boys club. There is a suggestion box for employees to voice their concerns but employees concerns fall on deaf ears. There is no HR department, everything is handled by 1 of the owners; so major concerns are swept under the rug. If you go out on Disablity, better have AFLAC, because one will be spending thier last dime before the disablity papers are signed in a timely manner. OSHA would have a field day with this organization.
