      - Account manager was great and helpful

      Cons

      - Compensation structure is outdated - Limited growth potential (All managers are just friends of the owner’s son) - Unrealistic expectations - Predatory internal recruiting practices (They look for young people in customer service roles or people in rehabilitation programs) - Force employees to attend “team bonding” events - Incredibly high turnover leads to employees being forced to wear multiple hats
