Pros
Not too many pros working for this company other than steady employment.
Cons
You have to work there two full years before you earn vacation time, sick days and 401k match. No workers comp if injured on the job. Most employees are temps, I temped there a year before I was hired on permanent and the only reason they hired me is they were paying my agency too much money for my service ( truck driver). Not a good place for non Spanish speaking workers. They hire mostly Spanish speaking immigrants and most of the supervisors don't speak English so if you don't speak Spanish it's not a safe work environment.
