      Pros

      Its an entry level medical billing/bookkeeping company. The management team is very nice, caring, and helpful. Its a great start if your looking into the medical/clerical field. The job itself can be tedious at times, but also meaningful, as most of the time you will be helping people get their medical bills paid.

      Cons

      The pay. They started me at 12/hr. There are opportunities for growth within the company though

      Pros

      Generally respect staff. Health insurance is great. Good 401k match plus bonus. PTO is okay. Good call pay. Work remote/hybrid.

      Cons

      Small team. The sheer amount and variety of technology in use is overwhelming. It's impossible to specialize. 24/7 work weeks when on call. Everything is urgent.
