Pros
They have some on-going training for their staff and some employees have been there for a long time. There is an established company's culture but only upper management and long term employees seem to be enjoying it.
Cons
This company is facing a class action discrimination lawsuit. Since it is a private company 99% of employees are Hispanics and half don't even speak English. Anyone else who doesn't speak Spanish or is of Hispanic descent will feel out of place in this company. There is no room to growth despite what everyone thinks. Good long term employees get overlooked and passed on for promotions.
