Pros
Nice colleagues and most senior managers are trying to improve the place. Good benefits for a small company although the health insurance plans are pricey.
Cons
Unequal treatment of employees. Top executives appear to have biases against people of color. Lower paid staff are not valued while money appears to be thrown at senior managers although the company can't afford it. Serious growing financial instability. Majors clients leaving yearly without enough new business to compensate.
