The people at PDN are really great. It is a small organization that allows for a lot of personal growth.

The diversity landscape is changing daily.

The remote aspect of it is decent and the pay is ok. My manager is also a decent person as well and the people are ok.

The training was almost non existent. They brought me in for a half day in the Chicago office and I sat in the manager's office and listened to him talk for 6 hours. They expected you to listen to old recordings of employees to learn. There is really no type of training program at all.
