long hours, low pay rate and horrible culture, no ethics and hygiene - Nails Technician Professionails Employee Review

this is one in queen plaza in Brisbane city. horrible culture, no weekend rates or after work rate, u can't go home on time and are sometimes pressured to stay after hours. always take in customers at the last minute or even 15minutes pass finishing time and would not let you leave. very unhygienic as they only clean the basin once per week on the late Fridays. you get a daily rate of which even on the late days you don't even get more pay. so overworked on those Friday nights. they pay employees in cash also to avoid paying taxes so all the employees don't get tax benefits or holiday benefits.
