There is only one seasoned employee, because of whom the organization is surviving, else its a complete mess.
Cons
The organization is NOT RECOMMENDED TO WORK. Till the time you work with them, the owners will harass you to the core. It works at whims and fancies of the owners, and the owners don't value relations with employees and partners. There are no limits on work timings, too much of repeat work, no work/life balance. If you are getting interviewed, or even joining as a partner, please think before you do so. Lot of back-bitching happens in the organization, leading to misunderstanding, no trust on other employees, but just one or two who have been there for a while. Even if this exists in other organizations, there is at least something new to learn, here even that's absent. Payments for partners are heavily delayed and the owners will vent their anger and redirect you to other employees, if you ask for your payment. All in all, A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT!
