Excellent work environment - Senior Java Developer Prodware Solutions Employee Review

I have been working with Prodware Solutions for 8months. Highly Professional and Personally reachable team of hiring and managing makes it very easy to work with Prodware Solutions. Visa processing was smooth, joined on receipt and then later got RFE but team from Prodware Solutions helped in getting all the documentation required and it got approved after filling the response to RFE with out any issues.

They pay enough I guess...

Management is horrible. It doesn't feel like you are actually working for anyone. Money gets put into your account but there is no sense of working for them.
