      Engaged leadership, great values and culture, invested in staff's development, Good benefits, remote workforce. Appreciates employees, listens to suggestions and empowers employees to exact change, encourages work - life balance.

      Cons

      The by-product of any remote workforce is that getting to know co-workers takes a little time, but everyone is quite welcoming so this really isn't an issue.

      Major decisions made by parent organization. Lack of upward mobility. Management spends a lot of time in meetings with each other.
