Pros

Accepting my job offer at Production Solutions is one of the best decisions I made in 2019. Countless aspects of working with PS make my job incredibly rewarding, and I feel a sense of comfort in coming to work and collaborating and learning from the people, but also challenged (in the best way possible) to grow and achieve successful results in my work. Leadership that genuinely cares about their people, and the future and legacy of the company, is what I believe is the foundation that holds together the invaluable culture that is PS. Our culture is one of a “how can I help” and a “what do you need from me” mindset - everyone is there working towards the bigger picture, and treats one another like family. The flexible work agreements cannot be overlooked, with the ability to telecommute full or part time, and a staff that understands that we are human, and our work is accompanied by other aspects of our personal lives. The purpose and values that drive PS are what sets the company apart - a positive and personal approach to all that we do, an authentic way of communicating at all times, and a drive to invest in success, are values that give the company a unique ability to inspire both the staff and our clients consistently. Nonprofits turn to PS when they are looking to transform their direct mail programs, and you should turn to PS when you are looking to transform your career, and find joy and success at work. I absolutely would make my decision to accept the job over again.

Cons

I don't feel that there are disadvantages of working at PS.

Pros

Engaged leadership, great values and culture, invested in staff's development, Good benefits, remote workforce. Appreciates employees, listens to suggestions and empowers employees to exact change, encourages work - life balance.

Cons

The by-product of any remote workforce is that getting to know co-workers takes a little time, but everyone is quite welcoming so this really isn't an issue.
