      None, really. Do a good job, pile on extra work, then get questioned every week why things aren't done.

      Cons

      Managers suck, ownership is worse. 2% raise this year and doesn't even equate to the inflation. Expect too much, when morale is in dumpster.

      Pros

      Relaxed work environment. Approachable direct management and Chief Executives. Great Health benefits with low employee contributions. Work from home / flex schedule available. Lots of untapped upward mobility.

      Cons

      Lack of applicable training procedures for new hires. Training pack for MRP system is archaic and presents many system features that are not applicable to current company processes.
