      Gateway to entrying the manufacturing Sector Multicultural environment Fast-growth opportunities Offers Critial traning for the sector (IPC,etc)

      Cons

      Salary is below the industry standard. No 13th-month salary. Profit sharing for production isn’t good. Management has poor communication with employees and often makes decisions that are poorly received by them. Salary growth opportunities are not appealing. When taking on positions of higher responsibility, employees often receive only slightly higher pay compared to those performing basic tasks in production. Working in shifts adds additional challenges.

      Loved my coworkers, free lunch and the office has a younger demographic

      Cons

      Manager did not seem to respect me and my role, and there was no real training process. Seems as though they did not have experience managing others and it led to a difficult situation where I needed to overcompensate to be able to work effectively.
