      Pros

      Good company to start working in the Netherlands or area, only Food provided (not always good but ok) Gym

      Cons

      Comparing to other companies, its pretty bad. Bad salary range No transparency Shifts No growth, only for people who has best friends inside. Super fair Shady pays. No profit sharing in 2024 and they just informed in a short-notice. No compensations for it.

      Pros

      Loved my coworkers, free lunch and the office has a younger demographic

      Cons

      Manager did not seem to respect me and my role, and there was no real training process. Seems as though they did not have experience managing others and it led to a difficult situation where I needed to overcompensate to be able to work effectively.
