At the moment most Pros for working here in comparison with competitors are not available anymore. Only complete freedom in working hours is still present.
Cons
Less than a month before pay-increases and bonus-explanation it is communicated that both will be less/non-existent. Work-from-home is completely removed, only remains for "important" people on the board or management. Close to no personal attention for employees, not for development but also not during times of struggle. Promises are not kept by people in HR. People that have worked here for a long time are let go or leave themselves, and encounter absurd (and illegal) issues, such as the company refusing to pay out saved up vacation hours or setting their agreed wage-increase suddenly to 0.
