Pros

None that you can't get elsewhere.

Cons

Exploitative, long hours with very little reward. They introduced a couple of incentives that managers never use, favouring instead to exploit hard workers with little reward. Rampant bullying and aggressive behaviours, at the mid level, which skirt under the radar of the most senior leadership. Either because it places them in a political crossfire or it's down to apathy. Whatever the reason it makes working here hell at times. Noting further the rampant aggressive bullying at the mid level is rarely overt. Although when projects run into issues, more often than not I should add, rather than rectify the issue you'll find the sorts that will pass the buck, play the smoke and mirrors game, or flat out lie to save their own skin. It makes for an environment where unfortunately the phrase "trust no one at work" sadly is a core truth in this place. If you have any bright ideas, DO NOT share them. I've seen managers work to crush any beneficial ideas. Only to later adopt those same ideas when it's beneficial for their progression. I've also witnessed minorities being treated differently, I'm not going to say the place has a racism problem but there are an awful lot of bigots in the place. And when they think you're on their side they will happily spill, thinking you're one of them. It's a shame too, because David Richards built a company with rich history and it's inspiring to witness his passion for the industry up close still burning bright.

Pros

They provide meals and good rules for standard work.

Cons

The pay isn’t great and is on a par with that in warehouses in Netherlands. They focus on recruiting young staff who aren’t too fussy about pay, mainly workers from Eastern Europe. Polish nationals predominate, and this detracts from the company’s professionalism by highlighting a nationality whose members tend to favour one another over those of other nationalities. It’s a good company for engineers, but not for lower-level workers.
