Pros
Excellent clients. The work is continually challenging and interesting. Overtime pay, but expect that you will HAVE to work overtime.
Cons
Leadership tolerates bullying and abusive behavior. Working overtime is expected, unending and rarely (if ever) appreciated. Work/life balance is non-existent. The Chicago office hasn't given out raises in years, and refuses to invest in its people.
