      Good people, nice place if you doesn't care about distance from center, good salary.

      Cons

      No innovation, insists in dead technologies, maintain people that do not want to make the work better. Too much bureaucracy for everything, no time flexibility, bad project management.

      Opportunity to work with different I.T services and environments, such as Datacenter Hosting, Network Services Provider and Software Development. Work with a variety of technologies and experiences an ITSM culture. Good benefits.

      Low salaries and poor career hike.
