Fast expanding company to work for - Service Director Prodata Systems (Belgium) Employee Review

The only positive point is that the company has a good location to go for shopping during lunch time. In doing this, time goes fast there. Good in vertical hospitals and public sector.

Do not pay out commission, bad product portfolio, management is not to trust and toxic. No good name in the market except with customers they have very long history with. Horrible old, grey offices that turns you depressive when staying there too long.

The nice thing is that atmosphere amongst colleagues is quite alright. Most people are hard working and give themselves a 100%. It is nice to work on big projects in well-known companies.

However a lot of change of staff because management do not care about people and management do not have a vision at all. Either people leave after a while or are kicked out if they have an own opinion.
