Amazing people - Head of Engineering ProdPad Employee Review

The company cares for the employees in every way possible, doing its best to set them up for successfully contributing to both the business and their own careers. In contrast to many orgs I've been a part of, the ProdPad leadership was very transparent about most things. The foundations of the product being built are solid and focused on alignment with best practices in the industry.

Building opinionated software means many customers struggled to fully adopt the product. This posed a risk to the business success of a company that, as far as I'm aware, has taken on no external funding. This resulted in some ups & downs as far as the business went, and meant positions had to be either reduced or terminated. This uncertainty, albeit common in many startups, was extremely difficult.

Opportunities to learn and grow: There's plenty of room to expand your skills, take ownership of projects, and evolve professionally. Supportive management: Leadership is approachable, transparent, and clearly invested in helping employees succeed. Great product: The company offers a product that’s genuinely valuable, and it feels good to be part of something that makes a difference. Access to industry experts: You regularly get to work with and learn from some of the best minds in the field. Competitive compensation: Pay is fair and reflective of your contributions, which is refreshing.

I can't think of any, ProdPad is fantastic!
