Supervisor positions have no management experience and are promoted based on popularity contest. High work load and expected to work for pennies, department budget will pay for paper stars as a work incentive instead putting it towards a personal deserving raise. Then they will frequently remind you or harass you of the error(s) it may have cost the department then avoid all the positive advancements to avoid giving a deserving employee a raise.
