Pros
Being able to work from home, however was told by certain higher-ups that they will be taking that away soon unless you are one of the lucky ones that already works from home full-time.
Cons
Terrible managers/supervisors. None of them know what they are doing, most of them were put in their position because they got lucky/know someone. Pay/benefits are terrible, raises were never more than 17-20 cents and I was there almost 3 years. No room for advancement. Worked to death for crappy pay. No HR department, you have to go on a website which is very difficult to navigate, so noone to turn to when you have concerns/questions.
