Its gained market name being 1 of the pioneers in the business. but the team who took it tp such high levels left the organisation and now its just pushing through due to poor management. however, if your are planning to join the production or business development or any other operational department then its still has scope to learn and evolve. But never plan this firm as a log term commitment.

Disclaimer: The review is more appropriate for support functions. Highly toxic, doesn’t give a damn about employees (unless you are 1 from the friends / family heritage of the top line), no performance or any sort of policy for appraisal / appreciation, delayed salaries, salary impairment for same levels /exactly same profile people can vary by 3-4k simply because one is hired through reference. A system where workers have to follow up for weeks to get clarity on their salary disbursements or get a copy of their own payslips. Because its managed by one man and sycophancy is the thumb rule to survive there. I would never recommend this work culture for any support function professional. Extremely poor food arrangements for workers at camp.

Bit dated, no benefits bonus or rewards, up and down market leading to pay offs, no wage rise in a long time, no appraisals.
