Pros
- Great work culture - Career growth - Salary growth ( will be based on the skill level certification we acheive per 3-4 months approx) - People are helpful - Compared to other companies less work pressure but freshers might struggle to adapt in the beginning but it gets manageable once they get the knack of it and learn the process - Cab for Women - Free dinner provided which is actually good in quality and quantity
Cons
-Some teams do pressurize freshers - Not so great for people who are expecting further growth like lead analyst, quality analyst, team lead, etc from outside since they select from within after interviews - Some project softwares might be troubling for some people - Cab for women has it's own cons while picking us up for office since they ask us to arrive at a common noodal point near our house which might be a common apot between 2-4 people. For some, they might find it far than the others and the transport team won't change it. For drop no issues mostly will be dropped at doorstep
