Hello, Thanks for your comments, we appreciate it. It's indeed a great place to work and learn about complex consulting projects. You have basically highlighted a combination of elements that makes us quite unique in our ecosystem: 1- Complex PLM projects 101 2- Fast paced environment and fast growth which allow us to offer different career opportunities 3- Proximity with execs and management, thanks to our size but also thanks to our open doors' policy and our CEO's management style 4- Exposure to big and complex PLM projects, thanks to a very balanced portfolio of customers and industries, in several parts of the world. As you said though: if someone looking for a career in a consulting firm is looking for always doing a 9-5, then it might not be the right fit. We try though to keep that reasonable compared to certain bigger firms, when overtime is the rule and not the exception. Thanks again and good luck in your career!

Pros

Its it is a job, some good people work there.

Cons

The company has difficulty retaining experienced employees caused by executive miss-management. Staffing shortages and inexperienced employees result in shuffling resources from project to project compromising schedule, quality, and customer references. Some customers have gone to the software vendor (Dassault) to recover from poorly executed projects. It is common for employee yearly compensation plan reviews to be delayed well into the next year or simply not reviewed at all. Processia executive management focus is on budget and profitability, not quality. One of the most negative experiences of my professional career.

Thank you for your feedback. Really sorry to learn that your experience was not enjoyable. For sure, there was some turn-over in the past few years but if we look at the big picture here, less than 5% of the workforce left during the last 2 years. In our industry, which is very competitive, that's actually amazing! Turn-over is also part of the reality of any organization. That being said, about staffing shortages, did you know that we hired more than 12 people last year in North America? In a very competitive market that's actually good. For sure, we still need to improve learning and development and took that topic a step further during the last few weeks with new training initiatives to be implemented soon. As for the yearly compensation review, as you know there was some turn-over in HR during the past few years. That being said, we are also currently addressing that aspect through an improved process, training for all managers and more powerful technology. Part of the focus of the leadership team is indeed profitability: they are running a business, not a NPO. Although I have to disagree and I can't stress out enough how important quality is, and indeed at the center of every executive decision. One example of that is the time, the efforts and the energy dedicated to continuous improvement initiatives at Processia. We're not perfect and we know it. And we are working on it!
