Pros

Being a remote working is nice and that’s about all

Cons

The BDR role was pitched as a growth opportunity, but once inside, it’s clear there’s very little support or structure to help you succeed. • Onboarding was rushed and lacked any meaningful training. You’re expected to produce immediately without clear direction or resources. • Leadership seems disconnected from the day-to-day challenges of the BDR team. Feedback is rarely acknowledged, and there’s minimal transparency about performance expectations or career progression. • Communication across departments is fragmented, which leads to confusion, inefficiency, and misalignment in goals. • There’s a culture of micromanagement in some areas, while others are completely hands-off, leading to inconsistent accountability. • It often feels like there’s no clear strategy—just a lot of reactive decisions and shifting priorities.
