It is ok for interns to gain some work experience in accounting field.
Cons
Underpayed employees at every level. The main profile of PS for a while now is to provide temporary staff to their clients. Managers are talking badly about SSC-s, that they are not providing full-scope accounting understanding to their employees, however those SSCs means PS biggest clientele. They have a strong relationship with the main Hungarian universtities with accounting educations (sponsoring freshmen inauguration ceremonies etc.). So they are hiring interns and fresh-graduates on low salaries then outsourcing them to SSCs and other clients for big bucks.Those interns and graduates could earn at least two-3 times more at SSCs than what they are earning at PS. Overtime is only paid at assistant level.
