Good group of employees. Good team work. Fairly light atmosphere with very little personal conflict. It's a good place to work if you just want to get by.

Unsteady work. Unrealistic time lines. years without cost of living wage increases. There is absolutely no room for advancement and a person's seniority means nothing to management. In fact the more you make the more likely they are to let you go.

Good company to work with and also good job security. Positive atmosphere with friendly management board.

There is no clear payh for improvement in services the company offers as a whole. As a result little chance of nurturing in longer time.
