      Cons

      No lunch break unless you wanted to stay late. The president fired me for missing days for being in the hospital despite telling me to take care of my health. They do not care about you.

      Pros

      This company has grown tremendously during my 3+ years there. From employee benefits/perks to growth opportunities. Management is great and will always listen and encourage development. You will get many opportunities and experiences that you wouldn't be able to get at bigger agencies. The best part about it is they actually care about their employees and clients and provide the best and most innovative services. They also very much treasure the company values and culture. Great work life balance.
