Pros
The company automated health monitoring infrastructure for Power utilities in India and recently completed 5 years of its existence. Working here has a lot of pros for an MBA intern like me: 1. You get to learn about a different kind of B2B market where only the PULL strategy works 2. Office space is good and well equipped given its a startup that started just 5 years ago 3. The management actually wants the employees to grow in every direction and works diligently to listen to every problem in regular catchup calls
Cons
Some of the cons could also be listed: 1. The company lacks an Employee Management System but is thinking of getting one 2. Work hours, like in any startup, could be unwieldy if you're not good at time management
