Pros

None to mention. I don't want to give even 1 star also. All the positive feedback was submitted by the management not from the employees.

Cons

Worst management. They used to speak like a family but now they are throwing the people .If we ask anything they used to show their real face.Salary was not provided for the last 2 months but we worked 7 days in a week. more than 11 hours in a day. If we ask for the salary they reply with the rude behavior .Now after asking the salary they told to take leave for 3 to 4 months ( may be it will extend) with lop.already salary was not provided for last 2 months. They don't have any concern about the employee family. Selfish people. Treating like a slave. No job security .No learning. Playing in employee life. None of the employee's are likes to work here.

Nothing to specify. some managers are understanding the employee concern but difficult to react due to worst management

Cons

You will get a chance to work only in excel. No exposure in another technology or any challenging tasks.Actually none of the employees are good in RPA. kids can develop those projects which they are doing.No career development. I'm new to RPA and i dont learnt anything useful till now. There is no life after you came out of this company . none of the company will recruit you because your experience is high but no proper work exposure or project exposure.

Thanks for updating the review. You should accept the fact that we are a startup company having lot of limitations with regards to the Projects choice for each employees. To the best of our efforts we have tried to give equal opportunity to all our employees considering the skill set they posses. As a company we should equally priorities the interest of our customers. We have always strived to give the best to our clients and address their pain areas in providing solution. Most our clients are in Finance domain which make Excel a dominant application in the business operation. As a company we always wanted to automate the Pain Business areas which are monotonous and repetitive in nature irrespective of which application it is based upon. Keeping the above facts in mind, Excel based automations accrue only to 50% automation projects and other applications which we have automated includes - SAP, Web Automations (Major share), Navision, Oracle Based Database Automations, API Automations, In-house Web Apps, Scripts/VBA Applications etc. The skillset of our employees are always kept at high standard and Training is also given high priority at the Initial stage of every employee. All our developers are Advanced Certified UiPath/Automation Anywhere Developers having qualified Engineering / Master's degree in Computer science with some exceptions where the talent overrules their qualifications. The developer community have to mandatorily undergo the Certification Program Planned by the RPA Tools which they work on and the same is maintained at company repositories. We have always given importance to the knowledge and exposure of our employees and made our best efforts to make them participate in all sorts of Developer Community Meetups organized by the Tool Companies across India at company expense. The initiatives of the Senior Resources and Tech Lead in organizing the Technology Webinars and RPA Tool based trainings on new launches/features are commendable. Being a startup we do not follow any hierarchy in our organization and each employee have the freedom to contribute to all levels operations to the best of organizational interest. We have people joined us a Freshers / Junior developers who grew to become the backbone of our organization. We have seen Junior Developer / Freshers thinking out of the box in most our implementation which make the Leads and the Manager amuse at them. The Career aspiration and growth of our employees are always given a high priority, Two year journey of our organization have seen career growth at all levels, Fresher/ college recruits have grown to become Experienced Senior developers in no time, Senior Developers have become Tech Leads, Sr. Business Analyst have become Project Managers and so on. The RPA Industry is growing at an exponential rate and the benefits which it provides to the business community is huge. There is high demand for RPA Developers in the market as the business is giving high priority for automations. The customers we have provided automation solutions are approaching us for an enterprise level study of their business process and looking for recommendation in automating every single process. RPA has become a necessity for most of our customers and are dependent on us for the quality of service and promptness in delivery. We are fortunate to help our customers in making their day to day operations a lot more easier than before.
