      Pros

      Working from home. Some incredible professionals, both clinically and operationally. Good annual leave entitlement.

      Cons

      Incompetent management at every level. No processes. Knee jerk changes implemented for issues that should have been highlighted and flagged way before they became issues in the first place. No support of front line staff. Who company run by one man’s ego.

      Working from home is the most motivating factor

      Cons

      Having worked in multiple environments. I had never come across such a bullying environment. Also, reviews seem to be added to avoid plummeting ratings. Very misguided
