      - good pay - good annual leave offer - some performative signalling to Neuro affirmative practice

      Cons

      - poor treatment of ND/disabled staff - unsustainable expectations for clinical workload - no clinical supervision (mixed with managerial supervision) - limited CPD opportunities - very limited understanding of EDI

      Pros

      Working from home is the most motivating factor

      Cons

      Having worked in multiple environments. I had never come across such a bullying environment. Also, reviews seem to be added to avoid plummeting ratings. Very misguided
