      Pros

      Some truly amazing people within the teams who support each other as much as possible.

      Cons

      Poor management. Unclear direction. Staff unsupported by management structure. Awful communication. Decisions dictated instead of developed with team thy affect. Don’t even follow their own values. Never been so desperate to get out of a job.

      Pros

      Working from home is the most motivating factor

      Cons

      Having worked in multiple environments. I had never come across such a bullying environment. Also, reviews seem to be added to avoid plummeting ratings. Very misguided
