Pros

None that I can honestly mention. My experience with Probey Services Pvt Ltd was disturbing and unethical. I was forced to resign after being clearly told that if the company officially terminated me, it would damage my career. This is forced resignation under pressure, which is a known form of illegal termination. Even after being made to resign, I was still forced to continue working. At the same time, my earned salary was withheld without justification. This pushed me into severe mental stress and serious financial crisis. My stability, peace of mind, and livelihood were badly affected. What is even more shocking is the offer letter provided by the company. It does not mention salary, notice period, or basic employment terms. This reflects extremely poor and unsafe HR practices. This is not a professional workplace. This is employee exploitation. I am sharing this so future candidates know the reality before joining.
