Pros
Lovely people to work with and super supportive, you get incentives for reaching targets but it’s not that much. Always some sort of fun event they have going within the office. Can move around in the company and WFH. Great job to kickstart yourself into the workforce.
Cons
The job description is very brief when you first apply for it, but you do a lot more then what it says you will do. A lot of the time you get micromanaged and timed down to the minute for your breaks. Constant turnovers and a lot of high pressure to reach targets but cant really due to the minimal staff we always have. You deal with a lot of BS and don’t get paid enough for it. Wouldn’t recommend working there unless you want to be the next punching bag. Avoid some floor support too as some tell you the wrong thing and you advise that to the customer. Just for it to fall back on you and affect your quality. Only trust yourself when you can. Wouldn’t Recommend unless you want to become an underpaid Therapist for this job. If you have another job lined up go for it. Avoid this one.
