      Great support for problems experienced during calls, stable income and job, equipment mostly provided for

      Cons

      Management was unhelpful a lot of the time, training was very unhelpful for the actual job, trainers overseeing our first few days were cruel to the point where some people in my training group cried or quit on the spot
