In my experience, the company lacks proper organization and a clear project management structure. A key concern has been management style, where there appears to be favoritism in project assignments, especially toward certain team members, and decisions often feel influenced by personal preferences. Support from the manager can seem conditional, and communication gaps with both leadership and developers sometimes lead to issues with recognition and salary growth. Additionally, there have been instances where notice period policies felt unclear, including concerns around pay and documentation.
