Free Gym membership at Les Mills.

Cons

Highest Staff turnover, always short staffed, high caseloads, minimal support, online tutorials as training, expected to work outside of your scope of practice, unethical, all staff are Micromanaged from CEO's, pay below market rate, do not care about work life balance/ staff well being.

Pros

I learnt a lot about what to ask and what to get in writing before signing a contract.

Cons

Workplace bullying was rampant. They promised to support me financially to continue my post grad study but they said they only would if I switched majors. Something I had been studying for a year already when they employed me. Management were clearly stressed and would pass this onto us. Discovered after a few weeks that employees get paid a bonus when they recruit a new employee. Promised I could choose my own working hours, but then rescinded on that too. CEO probably had no idea I existed. Regional manager gave me a lot of mixed messages about what was expected of me which contradicted my branch manager.
