Pros
Hours are great, the company has an overall fantastic model and pay is appropriate if not competitive.
Cons
Lack of upper leadership leaves employees unsure of the chain of command. Known for building up leadership, then making huge cuts elsewhere, then leadership is cut again. I’ve had 4 bosses since starting in 2023 and about to have another. Chances for growth are limited unless you have an “in” with someone. Advancements are not posted - people are just chosen.
