Friendly Office Environment Automotive Knowledge Company Branded Gear

Not Missing - Toxic Culture No New Hire Training - It is a good thing that the people in the office are friendly and supportive. They are people you will rely to learn how to do your job when they are not busy doing their own job. Bonus and Commission Goals are unobtainable and executive leadership knows this and is happy with current goals. Executive Leadership came in with one goal and that is to get the company sold. They don't care about the staff, clients, or if the products are working as sold. The environment is very toxic to the point that some of the directors and one high up VP joke about cheating on their spouses in front of the entire office staff, and will even hit on some of the employees. Product Performance is poor because all of the products are broken and they know it. Two of their technology tools have not been updated in over 8 years. The primary product has a life cycle of less than 3 months on new deals sold.

Had small town values in an high tech environment and personable leadership.

Cons

Merged with another company and lost human touch, now all metrics and kpis.
